The vast number of possible applications led the manufacturers of GPS receivers to remove the logging function from their GPS modules offering simplified basic modules.

 

Challenges

Develop a small, lightweight, logging device with low power and good performance despite the limited antenna size for applications where extremely high levels of mobility are required.

Solutions

The miniature GPS Data Logger is a complete system including antenna, battery and charger, recording GPS data to a non-volatile memory with read out via USB.

 

The flight path can be displayed graphically in Google™Earth.
